Any Group Admin can update or edit their group's name at any time. To do so, just follow the steps below.

Log in to the Count.It app. On your group homepage, tap the settings icon at the top right of the screen.

Tap through to the Group settings page, and then tap on the Group Name option at the top of the settings list.

On the Group Name page, you can enter any new name, and then tap the "Save" button.
