A Group Admin can remove a user from their group at any time, and this will also remove the user from any current or future challenges they have joined. If the user has participated in past challenges, their record will remain in the challenge(s), however their name and data will be anonymized.
Group Admins manage the members of their group via the app, or from the the web admin interface. To remove a user from your group, follow the steps below.
Open the app, or log in to Count.It on the web.
Tap the group settings icon.
On the Group Settings screen, tap the "Group Members" card.
On the Group Members screen, scroll or search to find the desired person. Tap the vertical ellipsis menu to the right of their name.
Tap or click the "Delete from Group" option to remove the user from your group and all challenges.
