On Count. It, Group Admins can download challenge reports via their Group Settings screen, either directly via the app, or from the the web admin interface. You can access reports at any time, including prior to the end of the challenge. To download reports, simply follow these steps:
Downloading Reports
Open the app, or log in to Count. It on the web.
To log in online, go to Count. It via any web browser, click the Sign In button, and following the prompts.
Once logged in to the app, or on the web, tap on the settings icon at the top right of the group homepage to go to the Group Settings page.
On the Group Settings page, tap on the Challenge Reports menu item:
On the Reports page, you will see a report for any challenge that you have created, listed in reverse chronological order, from most recent to oldest. Even challenges that have not yet started will have a reports link, though there will not yet be data in the report.
Tap on the challenge card for which you want to download a report. This will open a report screen. Every challenge has at least one report, "Overall Points," with basic challenge information, including the challenge name and dates, and then specific data for each user. For all combination challenges, as well as exercise challenges, Count. It also generates a report for each activity involved in the challenge.
Here's an example of the available reports in an exercise challenge.
About the Reports
In the downloaded report, you will see a table showing all challenge participants, with their name, email, team affiliation, overall challenge score, finish status or final "stage" achieved, and points per day for the challenge.

PRO Tip: If your group has created teams, but a user does not have a team affiliation listed, it simply means they have not yet joined a team.
