On Count.It, Group Admins can manage the members in their group either directly via the app, or from the the web admin interface. To grant or remove admin privileges, follow these steps:
Open the app, or log in to Count.It on the web.
Tap the group settings icon.
On the Group Settings screen, tap the "Group Members" card.
On the Group Members screen, scroll or search to find the desired person. Tap the vertical ellipsis menu to the right of their name.
Tap or click the "Change Role" option to grant or revoke admin privileges.
There are two levels of Admin: Admin and Billing Admin. By default, the person who creates the group is automatically an Admin. Similarly, whichever admin upgrades the group to a paid plan will automatically become the first Billing Admin. Only existing Billing Admins can assign Billing Admin privileges to other users.
