On Count.It, Group Admins can manage the members in their group either directly via the app, or from the the web admin interface. To grant or remove admin privileges, follow these steps:
Open the app, or log in to Count.It on the web.
Tap the group settings icon.
On the Group Settings screen, tap the "Group Members" card.
On the Group Members screen, scroll or search to find the desired person. Tap the vertical ellipsis menu to the right of their name.
Tap or click the "Change Role" option to grant or revoke admin privileges.
There are two levels of admin: Group Admin and Group Billing Admin. By default, the person who creates the group is automatically both a Group Admin and a Group Billing Admin.
Group Admins can create and manage challenges, and edit group info, other than group billing info. Any Group Admin can assign Group Admin privileges to other group members.
Group Billing Admins can access the group's secure billing portal to upgrade the group to a Premium plan, as well as access past invoices, and payment info. Only existing Group Billing Admins can assign Group Billing Admin privileges to other group members or admins.
