Your challenge Count.It may involve Wellness Goals. Count.It maintains a library with dozens of healthy daily habits that your admin can add to your challenge, and/or they can also create custom goals just for your group. Just a few examples include:
Get at least 8 hours of sleep tonight to improve your sleep quality.
Power down: turn off screens 30 minutes before bed to reduce blue light exposure.
Try a new recipe or share a favorite one with a colleague.
As a challenge participant, it's easy to see if there are any Wellness Goals "on offer." If there are goals, you'll see an animated alert on the left side of your Live View --> Total Points screen, or a violet badge on the manual entry button.
To view the Wellness Goals, tap on the blue "+" button to open your manual entry logging form. You'll see up to four Wellness Goals in the carousel at the top of the form. If there are more than four goals, tap the "View All" link to see all of them.
To log a Wellness Goal you have completed, tap the related blue card to open the detailed logging form. You can change the date, add a description or image, and then tap "Count.It!" to earn your points!
