How do I access my billing portal?

Need to update your payment method, see your payment history, or change your plan?

On Count.It, Group Admins can access their subscription and billing information at any time via our secure billing portal.

Accessing the Billing Portal

Open the app, or log in to Count.It on the web, and navigate to the Group Settings screen:

On the Group Settings screen, tap the Plan option to go to the Account page on the web.

You will land on your web Account page:

On the web Account page, you will see basic information about your group and plan. On this page you can choose to set a cap on your group size.

Tap the "Billing Portal" option in the left hand nav to go to your Billing Portal page.

On your Billing Portal page, you can:

  • Review your subscription, and cancel your plan if you like.

  • Update your payment method details, or add a new payment method.

  • View your payment history, and download past payment invoices.
