How do I access my billing portal?

Need to update your payment method, see your payment history, or change your plan?

On Count.It, Group Admins can access their subscription and billing information at any time via our secure billing portal.

Accessing the Billing Portal

Log on to Count.It on the web, and select the Settings wheel on the upper right corner:

Under the Plan & Billing section, select your Plan:

On the Plan page, select "Secure Portal":

and you will land on your Account page:

On your Billing Portal page, you can:

  • Review your subscription, and cancel your plan if you like.

  • Update your payment method details, or add a new payment method.

  • View your payment history, and download past payment invoices.
