How do I access my billing portal?

Need to update your payment method, see your payment history, or change your plan?

On Count.It, Group Admins log in to their web dashboard to access their secure billing portal with payment info and billing history. You can access your Admin dashboard via the Count.It homepage, or via the Group Settings screen in your app.

Accessing the Billing Portal

Go to Count.It on the web, and click on the Sign In link at the top right.

  • Tap the Sign In link, and enter the email address you used to create your Count.It account.

To access your Admin Dashboard via the app, go to your Admin --> Group Settings screen, and just tap one of the options highlighted below:

Once signed in and verified, you will land on your web Admin dashboard online:

If you are a the Billing Admin for your group, you will see a menu option for your "Billing Portal" in the left hand nav. Click on that menu item to go to your Billing Portal page.

On your Billing Portal page, you can:

  • Review your subscription, and cancel your plan if you like.

  • Update your payment method details, or add a new payment method.

  • View your payment history, and download past payment invoices.
