Samsung users can easily connect their Samsung Health app to Count.It via the Count.It trackers page.
Step 1: Confirm Samsung Health Is Connected in Count.It
Open the Count.It app.
Go to Settings → Trackers.
Make sure Samsung Health is listed as connected.
If it's not syncing, try toggling the connection off, then back on.
🔐 Step 2: Confirm Samsung Health Permissions
Open the Samsung Health app.
On the Home screen, tap the three dots menu icon at the top right of the screen
Tap Settings → Apps
You should see Count.It Journey in the list. Be sure that all the permissions listed are granted. To be sure, you can toggle off and then on again the All Permissions switch.
⚙️ Step 3: Confirm Android-Level Activity Permissions
If permissions are missing at the system level, Count.It may not be able to access your movement data.
Go to your phone’s Settings.
Security & Privacy → Privacy --> Permissions Manager → Physical Activity
Find both Samsung Health in the list and make sure permission is set to “Allow”.

Make sure you’ve logged steps or exercise data during the challenge window.
Restart your phone and re-open Count.It to trigger a sync.
