If you need to recover past activity data in the Count.It app, whether due to app reinstallation, syncing issues, or time changes like Daylight Savings Time, follow these steps to manually sync your data and restore your progress.
General Instructions for Manual Syncing
Close and Re-open the App: Start by closing the Count.It app completely and then reopening it. This ensures the app is refreshed.
Navigate to the Challenge Screen: Open the challenge screen within the app.
Tap the Manual Sync Button: Look for the manual sync button (often represented by two arrows chasing each other) and tap it. This action will trigger a full refresh of your activity logs.
The manual sync process will restore your activity data for up to 28 days or to the start of your challenge, whichever is more recent.
