How can I recover past activity data in the Count. It app?

Sometimes your data gets messy. Here's a quick way to fix it.

If you need to refresh your activity logs because you've made changes to past data, or if you need to recover activity data that has gone missing, your first and best bet is to do a "manual sync," or a forced refresh, of your activity logs. Good news: It's fast and simple.

Close, open, and tap!

  1. Close and re-open the app: Start by closing the Count. It app completely and then reopening it. You must do this to trigger a manual sync.

  2. Navigate to your challenge --> Live View screen: Open the challenge screen within the app, and make sure you're on the Live View tab.

  3. Tap the Manual Sync Button: Look for the manual sync button in the stack of buttons on the lower right side of the screen. It's a small white square button with two chasing arrows. Tapping the Manual Sync button will trigger a full refresh of your activity logs going back up to 28 days, or to the start of your challenge, whichever is more recent.
