Summary

Garmin offers many great fitness watches and trackers, all of which sync natively with the Garmin Connect app. Count.It does not yet sync directly to Garmin Connect (coming soon!), but it is possible to get the two apps connected.

For Apple iPhone users, the process is simple, because Garmin does connect directly to Apple Health, to which Count.It also connects. For Android users, the connection requires a third party app called Health Sync which can be downloaded for USD $2.99. Following are the steps to get going for Apple and Android users!

Garmin Connect --> Apple Health --> Count.It

  • Launch the Garmin Connect app on your iPhone.

  • Access Settings:

    • Tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.

    • Select Settings.

  • Select Apple Health:

    • In the settings menu, tap on Apple Health.

  • Enable Permissions:

    • You will be prompted to enable permissions for Garmin Connect to read and write data to Apple Health.
