What's happening: When you click on the Count. It connect tracker switch you are sent to a Fitibt authorization screen. Fitbit has added "Sign in with Google" to its sign in options. (This makes sense since Google owns Fitibt.)

However, Fitbit has not linked the email address accounts that already existed in its system with the related Google accounts, i.e. even if those have the same email address. The solution: The solution is NOT to sign in with your Google account. Choose the option to sign in with your email and password. Once you authenticate, Fitbit will likely prompt you to link your "email" email-password account to your Google account. EIther way, you will be able to complete the process.
